Your session will begin with a client intake form and a discussion about your muscular issues so we can tailor the treatment to your specific needs and expectations.

From here, we’ll do a quick pre-treatment assessment to check on your range of movement and to identify areas of pain and restriction. This allows us to later gauge how much the session has helped.

Then we’ll start the massage session in our comfortable treatment room, where you can expect to hear light relaxing music. I’ll be checking in with you on the pressure level to ensure it’s just right for you.
